CUVR is only for adults. Use recent photos of yourself. Do not impersonate others or create misleading profiles.

Child Sexual Abuse Material and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation content are strictly prohibited. Confirmed CSAM is removed and escalated (including NCMEC CyberTipline reporting) per our Child Safety standards. Accounts involved are permanently banned.

• No harassment, hate, threats, or stalking
• No non-consensual sexual content or pressure
• Stop contacting someone who asks you to stop; use Unmatch / Block
• Do not share another person's private information

Profile photos and audio should be appropriate for a dating context. Automated screening may reject or quarantine uploads that appear to violate sexual-content or safety rules. Shirtless / swimwear content may be allowed in some cases but illegal or exploitative content is never allowed.

• Do not solicit money, crypto, or "investment opportunities"
• Do not advertise unrelated businesses without permission
• Do not mass-message or abuse rate limits

Use in-app Report (which also blocks). For urgent child-safety issues email safety@cuvr-app.com. False reports that are clearly abusive may themselves lead to enforcement.

Depending on severity we may warn, restrict features, soft-lock, or permanently delete accounts. Serious safety violations may be reported to authorities. Appeals: support@cuvr-app.com.
