Delete your CUVR account

No app login required. We email you a one-time code to prove you control the account email.

Enter the email on your CUVR account. We send a verification code to that address; after you enter it, we file a deletion request. You can also delete from in-app Settings when signed in.

What happens next

  1. We email a 6-digit code to the address you entered.
  2. After you verify the code, we record a deletion request tied to your account (same path as in-app deletion).
  3. Ops reviews open requests and runs the deletion cascade (profile, matches, media, etc.).
  4. Sub-processor copies (analytics / crash / billing identifiers) are purged under our retention checklist, typically within 30 days, unless a legal/safety hold applies.
