1. Our commitment
CUVR is committed to the safety of all users. Users must be 18 or older. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
2. Prohibited content & conduct
- Any sexual content involving minors (including AI-generated)
- Grooming, solicitation of minors, or age misrepresentation targeting minors
- Sharing CSAM links or directing others to CSAM
3. How to report
- In-app: use Report on a profile or chat (also blocks the user).
- Email: safety@cuvr-app.com — include as much detail as you can (usernames, approximate times, description). Do not email illegal images to us if avoidable; describe and use official reporting channels for CSAM.
- External: NCMEC CyberTipline — https://report.cybertip.org/ · 1-800-843-5678. In India you may also use cybercrime.gov.in or local police for emergencies.
4. Our response (summary)

We do not tip off reported users about NCMEC filings. Full internal SOP lives with operations; public contact remains safety@cuvr-app.com.
5. Preservation
Where required, we preserve relevant evidence for legal and reporting obligations (typically at least 90 days, longer if authorities request). Preservation holds can delay account erasure.
